Global trade flows of over six hundred and seventy nine food and beverage products from every country to twenty four high potential Asian and Middle Eastern target markets were analysed and fed through a multi-stage screening process. At each stage, the results have been combined with interviews with many of Western Australia’s agrifood businesses. The Target Market Opportunities report identified 20 high growth, high value premium opportunities at the intersection between what Asian consumers want and what Western Australia can produce.
