Coca-Cola Amatil aims to have seven out of ten bottles made from recycled plastic by the end of 2019. As an alternative to importing recycled plastic, Coca-Cola is looking to establish a major recycled plastic processing plant in Australia with French company Veolia. Coca-Cola said they would concentrate on the recycling of PET plastic, the material widely used in plastic bottles around the world. Click here for more information.
