South Australia will lead the way in the battle to combat Australia's $20 billion food waste bill, with a new national research centre set to launch in Adelaide.
According to the centre, each year Australia wastes 40 per cent of the food it produces and individual households throw away nearly $4,000 of unused food. Click here for more information.
